Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling: To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated. If you need to reschedule after the 48-hour window, you will need to pay another non-refundable deposit. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel on the day of the cleaning, an additional 50% fee will be charged, totaling 75% of the scheduled cleaning cost. Refund Policy: No monetary refunds are provided. Final Inspection: All cleanings must be inspected before our team leaves the premises. We do not offer re-cleaning services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
